@Ghibliathon TBR

I have some books to finish before they’re due back to the library in 3 days and like 7 more eARC NetGalley reviews to write, but I’ve decided that participating and getting a TBR together for Ghibliathon is more important.

Follow @Ghibliathon on Twitter for updates and get involved in the conversation. This readathon runs from June 10-16. I’ve coincidentally taken the 13th and 14th off from work, so I figured it was fate.

How it works:
Start at the top of the tree and work your way down by reading a book that matches the prompt.

Here is the list of prompts:

P.S. Aren’t these graphics the cutest?

The moment you’ve all been waiting for:

Pom Poko: Read the group book – Howl’s Moving Castle by Diana Wynne Jones

When Marnie was there: Chosen family – Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs

Arrietty: A borrowed book – The Wretched of Muirwood by Jeff Wheeler

The Cat Returns: Portal fantasy – The Light Between Worlds by Laura E. Weymouth

Porco Rosso: A character under a curse – The Assassin’s Curse by Cassandra Rose Clarke

Laputa: A book on friendship – One Word Kill by Mark Lawrence

Are you participating? What book are you looking forward to the most?
I’m excited for Howl’s Moving Castle because I’ve heard such good things and Miss P’s Home because it’s been on my TBR forever.

Thanks for reading!
